How to Book a Group Tour
Information for Tour Operators
Each year, the Legislative Assembly welcomes visitors from around the world to visit the Parliament Buildings. The Legislative Tour Office strives to make each group's visit to the Legislative Assembly an enjoyable one.
Groups of ten or more should book a free guided tour with the Legislative Tour Office. Booking a guided tour will ensure that your group has priority access to the public areas of the Parliament Buildings.
Individuals or groups of nine or less do not need to make a reservation and can join one of our regularly scheduled free public tours.

Guided Tours Hours of Operation:
September to May
Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.
May to August
Monday to Thursday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Friday, Saturday & Sunday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Please note that on Saturday and Sundays, only groups that have booked with the Legislative Tour Office will be permitted to enter the Parliament Buildings.
Tour Services:
Tours last approximately 30 minutes. If you would like a shorter tour or have any other special requests, we would be happy to adapt the tour to suit your group's needs.
Tour size is limited to no more than 50 visitors. We request that tour operators with more than 50 visitors book more than one tour.
Cost:
All tours are free of charge.
Languages:
Tours are available in a variety of languages depending on the availability of staff. Please contact the Legislative Tour Office for more information on our language tours.
Visitor Information:
The Legislative Assembly is a working building. In order to respect the people at work and our Legislative Tour Guides while they are conducting their tours, please remind the members of your group to talk quietly.
Photography is permitted inside of the Legislative Assembly.
Food and drinks are not permitted inside of the Legislative Assembly. However, there is a Legislative Dining Room where visitors can enjoy a meal.
A small number of self-guided tour books are available to borrow from the Legislative Tour Office. We currently offer these books in the following languages: English, French (Français), Punjabi (ਗੁਰਮੁਖੀ), Korean (한국어), Chinese (中文), Japanese (日本語), Spanish (Español), German (Deutsch), Italian (Italiano), and Dutch (Nederlands). If you would like to print off copies of these books for your guests to keep, they are available online.
Parking:
Buses may drop off visitors along Belleville Street in front of the Royal BC Museum. There is no parking available on the property, but public car parks are located nearby.
Access for Persons with Disabilities:
The Parliament Buildings are wheelchair accessible from the East-side entrance. Please ask a tour guide or security staff for assistance upon arrival.
